This colour scheme was inspired by the magnificent San Francisco garden. It celebrates the profusion of shades of green, as well as the luxuriance of the flowers and ponds, which offer a palette of colours including blues, purples, pinks and oranges, punctuated by the grey tones of the Japanese paths and the deep blacks and browns of the earth. These magnificent contrasts are translated into a highly speckled colour scheme that adds great fantasy and depth.
Each of our skeins is unique, although reproducible: the recipes are carefully recorded. However, there will always be differences from one bath to another. If you order several skeins of the same colour, we recommend that you alternate them as you work.
Even though most of our woollen yarns have undergone a SuperWash treatment, we recommend that you hand wash your work cold. It's perfectly normal for some colours to bleed slightly the first time, so leave to dry flat.
