This color is a wonderful amati yellow. It requires special treatment to subtly evoke the patina of time. It's a falsely plain because it plays with light and shade, bringing a nuance of preciousness to your work. It's a singular, radiant color, whatever your choice of wool.
Each of our skeins is unique, although reproducible: the recipes are carefully recorded. However, there will always be differences from one bath to another. If you order several skeins of the same colour, we recommend that you alternate them as you work.
Even though most of our woollen yarns have undergone a SuperWash treatment, we recommend that you hand wash your work cold. It's perfectly normal for some colours to bleed slightly the first time, so leave to dry flat.
