This colour has been deliberately designed to play on contrasts. It features a dark, solid, highly saturated colour that serves as a backdrop for a vibrant part, embellished with small touches of multiple pigments. The result is a fascinating interplay of light and shadow. It combines a very dark khaki with a lime green that is illuminated by touches of pink, fuchsia, garnet, orange, rust, then parma and violet. The whole evokes a feeling of freshness and romance, similar to an English garden.
Each of our skeins is unique, although reproducible: the recipes are carefully recorded. However, there will always be differences from one bath to another. If you order several skeins of the same colour, we recommend that you alternate them as you work.
Even though most of our woollen yarns have undergone a SuperWash treatment, we recommend that you hand wash your work cold. It's perfectly normal for some colours to bleed slightly the first time, so leave to dry flat.
