Inspired by the lights of Vancouver, with its sky-climbing skyscrapers reflecting sunlight and traffic lights, creating a mosaic of shimmering hues: ochre, garnet, gold and amber. They also capture the colours of the sea and mountains surrounding the city, with shades of green, brown, sand, violet and blue. This colour is as soft as the wool used to create it, making it an ideal choice for sophisticated and spectacular work.
Each of our skeins is unique, although reproducible: the recipes are carefully recorded. However, there will always be differences from one bath to another. If you order several skeins of the same colour, we recommend that you alternate them as you work.
Even though most of our woollen yarns have undergone a SuperWash treatment, we recommend that you hand wash your work cold. It's perfectly normal for some colours to bleed slightly the first time, so leave to dry flat.
